How Does It Work?
Plain and simple, there is no single “best” way to reach a particular health and fitness related goal. Even when two people want the same outcome, the approach may be quite different.
There are numerous factors that come into play beyond how much to eat and move and the type of exercise you choose to engage in (if any). When you work with me, your coaching is NOT “do what I tell you” but rather, a partnership where we take into account your circumstances, limitations, past history with dieting, health issues, etc.
My goal with every client is to see them not only achieve their immediate goals, but empower them to maintain what they work so hard to accomplish for a life time!
